In celebration of David H. Lyth's contribution to Cosmology

There is no official registration process for the meeting. Please contact K. Dimopoulos for any questions related to the local organisation.

Travel Refunds (Tony Padilla):

As a result of a further cut in STFC funding, we are going to have to be a little more draconian when it comes to expenses. Where possible we would encourage people to use their own travel money. Failing that, if you would like UK Cosmo to cover your expenses, please contact Tony Padilla before the event with an estimate of your intended claim and I will authorize it if there is enough money to do so. It is unlikely we will underspend, so unless you have had your claim pre-authorized, we won't be able to guarantee reimbursement.

For inter-city trains please make sure you pre-book to get a reduced fare, and travel off-peak. We we won't be offering any overnight accommodation expenses

Talks will be held in the Faraday Building (27a in map), Lancaster University, Bailrigg campus. In particular, talks will be held in the Faraday Lecture Theatre. Note that this building is not the Physics Department (29 in map), where the cosmology group is located. The Faraday building is adjacent to the physics department, and there is an internal connection between the two, but they have different entrances ( see map). To get to the campus from the train station you need to take bus X1, whose busstop is near the platform 3 exit of the station. More more details on how to get to the campus see here.
